Racheal Cook is a typical type-A overachiever, raised in a generation that told her she could be anything we wanted to be. But she was in for a painful reality check when she graduated with an MBA and set off to light the consulting world on fire. After burning out, she walked away from it all to follow her own path. Her latest evolution is RachealCook.com, where in between blowing bubbles and trips to the park with her 5-year-old twins and 2-year-old, she waxes philosophically about the intersection between designing a business + a life you love.

• Having the flexibly and freedom to adapt and change as your  life changes.
• Being able to be there when her family needs her as well as when her business needs her.

• Being  able to cook without a recipe.
• Being good on her feet and improvising, adapting and changing as the situation changes.

Advice for Woman Just Starting Out: Find other woman entrepreneurs who are walking the same path as you, because entrepreneurship can be isolating especially online. People outside of the online space don't really understand so it is so important to reach out to other woman who are doing the same thing.
