Sara Moylan has been an advocate for fitness and a healthy lifestyle since she was a teenager. She carried the titles of Miss Michigan Teen USA (1999), 1st runner up Miss Michigan USA (2001), and as a wife and mother she wore the title of Mrs. Michigan America (2008). Earning these titles led her into the fitness world where she quickly climbed the ranks. In 2011, Sara secured top spots in the Fitness America circuit, winning the Arnold Classic (2011) and in the same year earning her IFBB pro card, Sara then went and had a 3rd place world finish with the World Beauty Fitness and Fashion (WBFF). Sara is now on the IFBB Pro circuit looking to make it to the Olympia stage.
Sara has been featured in several national publications including Success Magazine and as the fitness contributor to Pageantry Magazine. In 2012 she was highlighted in Oxygen Magazine four times, once as a contributor.” 2015 she was highlighted in Working Mother Magazine.
