Belinda Phillips takes a practical approach to spiritual energy healing.  She works with people who are frustrated because they are unable to reach their goals and dreams, no matter what they do.  She left her career as a lawyer to do what she feels is more aligned with her true purpose in life and loves to help empower people to create rich and fulfilling lives, free of unnecessary obstacles and challenges.

Definition of Success: When whatever  you're doing is in alignment with your souls purpose (what you want to accomplish in life), whether it's being a Mom, helping people or just setting an example. Someone who lives in a place of joy and piece.

What She Would  Have Done Differently:

  • She would have enlisted the help of others for marketing.
  • Would have aligned herself with people who are doing what she's doing and work out referral systems with them.
  • Be way more smarter.

Advice for Woman Just Starting Out: Be in alignment and make sure it feels right to what your souls purpose is.  If you feel like your swimming upstream pay attention because you're probably swimming up stream.  Whatever kinds of blocks and fears you have in your subconscious about being in business and being successful take the time to seek someone who can help you using various healing modalities such as Tapping and Theta Healing. Enlist the help of experts.

Lesson Learned (Motherhood): After devoting her life to her children's growth she learned that her role is to help them, provide them with opportunities and then let them go so they will have the freewill to gain the experiences that they need.

Working Woman Entrepreneur: Episode 10

Racheal Cook is a typical type-A overachiever, raised in a generation that told her she could be anything we wanted to be. But she was in for a painful reality check when she graduated with an MBA and set off to light the consulting world on fire. After burning out, she walked away from it all to follow her own path. Her latest evolution is RachealCook.com, where in between blowing bubbles and trips to the park with her 5-year-old twins and 2-year-old, she waxes philosophically about the intersection between designing a business + a life you love.

Current BusinessYogipreneurRachealCook.com

Definition of Success :

  • Having the flexibly and freedom to adapt and change as your  life changes.
  • Being able to be there when her family needs her as well as when her business needs her.

"Recipe" for Success:

  • Being  able to cook without a recipe.
  • Being good on her feet and improvising, adapting and changing as the situation changes.

Advice for Woman Just Starting Out: Find other woman entrepreneurs who are walking the same path as you, because entrepreneurship can be isolating especially online. People outside of the online space don't really understand so it is so important to reach out to other woman who are doing the same thing.
